    Professor Grimes, spent much of his legal career as a civil litigator involved in a myriad of areas including employment law, environmental law, medical malpractice, personal injury and trade secrets. He also provided advice to clients on copyright protections, trademark registrations, trade secrets, and the development of prophylactic measures to protect intellectual property assets.
