Internet Crime and Prosecution
NH Public Radio
Technology has opened new doors for crime and at the same time has provided new tools for law enforcement to track down and prosecute these criminals. But reconciling law and technology in prosecution is a slippery slope. New Haphsire Public Radio looks at internet law and what's involved with Ron Weikers, a Software Attorney and Adjunct Law Professor who teaches a CyberCrime class at Franklin Pierce Law Center.
