I. Introduction

DIALOG provides access to more than four hundred databases covering various topic: news, business, social sciences, humanities, medicine, computer, technology. It is very important to know the other party and their needs before negotiating licenses. DIALOG, other than any other information sources, can give us a useful solution on this topic because it supplies a lot of information about business and companies.
