April 16, 1842, Salvin F. Kellogg, Norwalk, Ohio.
The
invention is a stove having an air-heating chamber designed to separate
smoke from the heated air. This stove was manufactured, licensed, and
used.
The 7" x 3" x 5" model is made of painted metal with fine detailed
metal work.
Although this is the oldest model in the collection, it is in
perfect condition. The original Patent Office tag is included in the
display.
