This
tool is used to make barbs on barbed wire.
The model is 8" x 2" x 1", is in excellent condition, and works.
It is made of copper colored metal. It has an original Patent office
tag and a tag that says, "Model taken from the debris of the fire of
Sept. 24, 1877."
